孕期不适课程介绍

孕妇会遇到孕期的各种不适,感觉不舒服。比如,恶心、呕吐、疲劳、尿频、头晕、头痛、腿抽筋、水肿、便秘、痔疮等等问题。当你遇到这些情况,你就会怀疑:这是怎么了?需要不需要担心?对宝宝有没有影响?需要不需要看医生?在这以下10-15分钟的课我会讨论几种孕期不适:
